Diablo, (Real Name Dante Marshall), is a Teen Boy from Harlem, New York currently acting as a Superhero on the Justice Force
Dante was born in a small neighborhood in Harlem. His family was killed when he was very young, by a man who has never been identified only known to him as Amon. As a young boy, Dante spent his life running from his past doing many dangerous things to survive on the streets. His past soon caught up to him, he was captured by whom he believes to be the same people who killed his family all those years ago and he was experimented on. They were dissecting him and injecting him with an unknown fluid which is still unknown to him as to what it is. After many days of agony after being injected, he was left on a street corner with nothing on him but a sheet
he saw him being alive as a second chance at life and decided to get his act together he sought out a group home and got put into foster care at the age of 14, he moved from home to home only a handful of them being truly kind and caring they would come to be the reason he became a Superhero. After reaching the age of 18 he discovered the true effects of the Fluid injected into him, after being cut on the hand when riding his bike his blood began to flow out of his body in unnatural amounts in an unnatural way, after day of being scared in his own body he began to experiment revealing to himself he has a superpower. He then perfected his gift becoming a vigilante and soon Joining the Justice Force.

Hemokinesis or also called Blood Manipulation allows the user to freely manipulate their blood as well as the blood of others. The power makes it possible for its blood to do anything he wants including harden, crystalize, clot and even change his DNA to change his appearance and genes slightly. To use his power he requires a direct source to his own blood which requires cutting himself or being physically wounded. Once he has an open wound he can move his blood with amazing Precision able to create Blood Constructs such as weapons and copies of himself. When using his power he must be very careful when using his own blood as he only has so much of it and usually has to reabsorb it when done the fighting, he must be careful as to not reabsorb contaminated blood. To use an enemy's blood he must taste it so that his body can analyze it and know exactly how it works to manipulate it. Though he gains control of the user's blood it is temporary as his body will soon start to attack the unknown blood now entering his body this usually takes about 1 to 2 hours. When in control of the enemy's body he can remove the oxygen, crystallize it in his body, take control of the user's body almost like a puppet and even rip the blood from there body all together but it doesn't end there. Dante has a great mastery over his power able to work it amazingly.
